At least 15 people were injured in an explosion in Moscow, RIA Novosti reported. The explosion occurred near the campus in the southeastern part of town. The blast erupted shortly after last night's match between Turkey and Croatia, while young people, most living in the dormitory were in the immediate facility. 5 of them in serious condition. 15 injured were hospitalized.
