Chinese authorities released a list of 21 people who are wanted because of their involvement in protests in the Tibetan capital Lhasa, said Bi-Bi-His. Pictures of wanted are published on the Internet. According to Chinese authorities, the death toll in the unrest in recent days is 19. But according to Tibetan protest leaders killed over 100. Chinese women authorities have promised cash rewards and anonymity to those who give any details wanted, specify Bi-Bi-His. According to Xinhua news agency two of the fugitives have been arrested and a third turned himself alone. The arrests began on 10 March in the capital Lhasa, but quickly spread to neighboring provinces.
Beijing diverts calls from the international community to dialogue with the Dalai Lama, accusing him repeatedly in orchestrating the protests to sabotage the Olympics and the independence of Tibet.
