In Pakistan, a natural death died one of the leaders of the group "Al Qaeda" - Egyptian Obeid al-Masri. The European Commission has allocated 11 million euros for the victims of "almost completed" Conflict in Chechnya, in particular the displaced and refugees, AFP reported. Eleven million will be used for food supply, reconstruction of housing and health services and assistance to refugees in Azerbaijan and Georgia, who live in appalling conditions. Part of this amount will be funded and security in areas where lead is still military or guerrilla actions.
